Knitwear Design has evolved from its perception as hand knitting to a global industry for fashion apparel.The play of knit and purl presents the backbone for baby-wear, kids wear, active or sportswear, casual apparel, winter wear, lingerie and intimate apparels; also it has been showing its versatility in all other areas of fashion previously limited to woven fabric across the global ramp.

Fashion Communication forms the core of the whole business of Fashion .The programme addresses the niche by enhancing the student’s command in all sub-disciplines of visual communication. It is a four-year undergraduate degree programme with specialization in Graphic Design, Styling and Photography, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Journalism, Advertising, Retail Brand Management, Public Relations, Space Design, Event Management, Art Direction and many more. At the exit level therefore, equipped with an intensive skill, knowledge and concept base, Fashion Communication students emerge as dynamic professionals qualified to offer the most effective, most creative and financially viable communication solutions for the fashion and lifestyle industry.
