After a 3 years Experience from Design, Municipal Approvals and Corporate Interiors from Mumbai, Ar. Samson Gomes ventured in professional fields of Architecture, Interiors in and around Vasai – Virar under the Brand name of SGA DESIGNS with a unique logo.
Big Names in Corporate sector HINO Motors, Raltech Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd, K.T. Builders, Tania Builders and Developers, St. Angelo’s Computers and many more have been associated with us. SGA DESIGNS ventured in Bank interiors as a Consultant Architect on their panel for Bassein Catholic Co-operative Bank LTd, Citizen Credit Co-operative Bank Ltd, Model Co-operative bank Ltd, SIDBI, Punjab National Bank and so on.
SGA DESIGNS started its Venture from October 2008 and since then have ventured in different fields like Architecture Bungalows, Residential Interiors, Commercial Interiors, Estate and Immovable Property Valuations.

How We Do the Valuations
- we get a call from the Banks/ Credit Society/ Builders etc
- We have a Checklist of the Documents needed for ease of Carrying out the valuations in Composite Method or Land and Building Method.
- We visit the location once with the Client/ his her Responsible person on site
- Take all the details in a form and take the clients signature.
- Once in Office we highlight all the important details with respect to the Plan, Approvals, Bills, Tax receipts with a tagging in each paper with a paper insert ( benefits for the Clients to go in the document at needed location easily)
- We then have a standard formats for different Funding companies and make the report as per those standards, thus making it easy for them to read the Documents.
- Once the Document is ready we print on the letterhead and then stamp and sign it.
- We Attach all the paper in our Company printed files. Number all the pages and then make an entire Pdf, thus making a soft copy for ease of the reference.
- We then ask Client to pick or We deliver it to the locations.
Lastly we give a GST Bill for the works.
We do all types of Valuations including Capital Gain tax also.
